Please provide an active phone number and accurate delivery details when placing your order.

COD Order Verification

For certain COD orders, our team may contact you before dispatch.

Delivery address

Your confirmation that you wish to receive the order

Orders that cannot be reasonably verified may be delayed or cancelled.

COD Delivery

Once your COD order has been dispatched, please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

If a COD order is repeatedly refused or rejected after dispatch, baezy may restrict or disable COD availability for future orders.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should preferably be made before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

The applicable prepaid price will be displayed during the payment process.

Choosing prepaid payment may also help avoid COD verification and reduce delivery-related delays.

COD orders are eligible for returns under the same 7-day return policy applicable to eligible products.
